We have a fully rebuilt Toyota MKIII Supra R154 Manual Transmission for sale.

The rebuild included the following items:

New bearings, synchros and seals

We received a couple of OEM 1JZ/2JZ VVTi cam gears for stock.

Some suppliers sell so called “rebuild kits” but the problem is that these units are non-serviceable per Toyota. Changing a bad o-ring or seal internally within the unit will not solve the problem of the cam gear degrading over time.

This can lead to chasing a problem that was never solved and ultimately, frustration.

It’s always a good idea to change out the cam gear when you change the timing belt and water pump. It will save you time, money and frustration.

We recently built an out of state (Idaho) customer’s JZX100 R154.

We replaced all bearings, synchros and seals and installed new Driftmotion, Marlin Crawler and State 48 internals.

This should handle up to 600ft/lbs with the correct clutch setup.

This seems to be a 5” extension for a Mazda FD RX-7 but should work for other applications.

Lexus IS300 Hybrid W58/W55 Swap

This kit started out as a W58 from a JDM RHD MKIV Toyota Supra N/A w/ ~129,000 Kilometers (~80,000 Miles).

We removed the bellhousing & shifter housing from the W58 and installed the Lexus IS300 W55 shifter housing and bellhousing.

The transmission has also been fully rebuilt (new Japanese bearings, synchros and seals).

The swap includes the following items:

2002-2005 Lexus IS300 Manual Shifter w/Shift K**b

We recently rebuilt this Toyota MKIII Supra R154.

The rebuild included a new AMP countershaft, new Toyota 1st gear, new Toyota 2nd gear, new 1-2 hub, new AMP 1-2 slider, new AMP reverse idler, Marlin Crawler Thrust Washer, Driftmotion HD Bearing Plate, Driftmotion 1-2, 3-4 billet forks and Marlin Crawler 5-R billet fork + new bearings, synchros and seals.

This was just sold to a local AZ MKIII Supra owner.

We supplied R154 manual swap parts to a local Toyota Aristo JZS161 owner .

Parts included an Acme Turbo/South Bend Clutch full face, sprung hub, ceramic clutch kit rated for 600ft/lbs, an OEM Toyota R154 flywheel, clutch fork, Aisin slave cylinder, ARP Flywheel bolts & misc install parts.
