With such strong feedback from all of you, I figured I’d share more from the archives. I have thousands of unseen photos in my phone.

Somewhere around 2017 “Temecula Tuesdays” went away as I felt like the day of night meets was ending. We launched “Gosch Cars and Coffee” held at Gosch Ford and ran that from 2017 - COVID.

Everyone was begging for a night event and we got Gosch to let us do a “Temecula Tuesdays” event back in 2019, but you had to submit to show up. We kept the riff raff out and had a great night. I think we did 2 or 3 of these in 2019.

It was really the only way to keep things calm and it went just into the evening. It was a bummer we couldn’t let just anyone in due to space- but I thought it was a nice nod to keeping something going set the time.

Honestly some of the oldest photos I have - I estimate these to be from around 2013 time. These are taken at what is now known as Vail HQ. It was a vacant lot back in the day with terrible lighting. It was big and allowed for growth. We were here for maybe 6-7 months? Had a few helicopters, had to break up a fight once or twice. Good times.

“Temecula Tuesdays” was in its infancy stage. Every Tuesday from 6pm - 10pm. Then at one point it was every other. Had a rad group of friends all apart of this trying to keep it under wraps and special! They know who they are. We used to even have t-shirts for us.

We only moved from Starbucks because we got a complaint from a building tenant about them being scared to walk to their cars. We were at that Starbucks every night because that’s just what we did as a group of friends. No name at the time, nothing special. We brought lawn chairs and sat and bu*******ed the entire night away. Fridays were always the busiest though when we were joined by a VW group of enthusiasts that called the event the “quick & dirty meet” A lot of those guys are great friends now! Anyone else remember these? Hard to believe it’s been 13 years!

Ran into the owner of the local Pizza Factories last week and had a quick laugh about memory lane. They were the first people to take a bet on “Temecula Tuesdays.” We transitioned to Local Car Scene somewhere in early 2015. We partnered with them for almost 2 years jumping from the Temecula location to French valley. At the time we hadn’t had a permanent home yet to be and let us do our thing. Who else remembers? Any fond memories? I remember one night some dude in a RX8 that was visiting drifted into a pole after the event was already way over.
