Life can change in an instant. Really, that's okay. Sometimes it's supposed to and it's for great change. Other times it's unprecedented or challenging. Like this last surgery, like lots of my surgeries. Like the next one I'm having in a couple of weeks. I don't know why!? I eat mostly right and stay as active as allows. Now, my tribe has dwindled down to almost nil. I used to love life and I still want to. Now, I'm just intimately familiar with pain, physically and emotionally, and feel like a ghost of what I once was. Now, I want to find my way back, but better...
