Hello wilds mobile home community, I have a three bedroom, two full bath home for rent. Home has NO refrigerator, but has a stove. New laundry area floor, new laminate in kitchen and hallway  ,carpets have been steam cleaned. Nice private area in the park, with back yard Shaded sitting area or grill area. Home is $750with $750deposit that’s rent/water monthly , Application for the home is $30. All wilds mobile home properties are no smoking in homes. Home is located out by shaw Air Force base off Eagle Road, I’m taking appointments for at least a week so call and schedule to make an appointment to view the home if interested. Plz no pop up visits. Also, in a coming days there will be outside pressure washing, new cool seal put on the roof ,porch work in back and in front yard ,cut and trimmed bushes in front yard as well. Hello everyone I’m working on a two bathroom , two bedroom mobile home. I’ll be at the property today after 1pm working installing new laminate floor in kitchen and laundry area today as well as steam cleaning, Cleaning stove and walls. I usually don’t show the home till I’m done but we are nearing the holidays so I’m allowing people to view the home and if there interested to put an $30 application in to rent it. I’ll post some pics to give everyone an idea of the home lay out as well what the kitchen floor is looking like like I said if you are interested in viewing the home and can vision home finished you are more than welcomed to call me make appointment to view. Mo longer taking apps home is under review………..Nice two bedroom bath and a half , stove has three eyes that works only. REFRIGERATOR included. Home is located out by shaw Air Force base off eagle road, wilds mobile home community. Home sits on a half acre. $600 a month plus deposit of $600.00. Nice 8x8 porch to sit out on or grill out with the family. Nice quite family atmosphere. No section 8 plz, Thank you all for your support. Home available for viewing on or after 7/ 27/23 $30 Application fee.  also, when I make an appointment for this home, I will not be on the premises until you arrive due to the home has no power turned on. It will be hot in the home also when showing a home, I will probably have multiple people come in at the same time due to the fact that there’s no power on the home.
