Starting the day off with some local service work. This Moke battery was over discharged and the onboard charger would not run a charge cycle.

We’re gonna force charge directly to the Cell bank. Just enough to raise the individual cell volts up to 2.8 V then we Will let the onboard charger take over and top the battery off.

Now we are off to knock out a local installation.

Should we open a local battery repair and sales shop?

The Trojan Battery Company 51v-105ah and 171ah (extended range) installation video shoot is wrapped!

The install came out soooo good. Moving the center controller area takes some doing, but wasn’t that hard. The only way to fit a high capacity battery in an early Precedent.

Please reach out directly if you have questions about Trojan OnePack or early Precedent lithium conversions.

The Ace Performance x Navitas Vehicle Systems Ltd. x Bolt Energy USA GEM custom build took best in show. (Videos in comments)

It is an amazing build that has set the bar for LSEV custom builds.

Can it even be topped?

Shooting the Trojan Battery Company 51.2v - 105ah S2 OnePack battery conversion video this week.

I don’t even think I have to clean this battery compartment. Zero corrosion on these 2020 Trojans.

Have questions? I’m here to help. Keep that Precedent forever and make it awesome with a high quality lithium battery.
