When a fine example like this comes in for service we just gotta share it. Customer Don Bickers 96 D1 with can you believe 236k turns on it?!? The 4.0L runs like a dream and goes down the road smooth as silk. Just makes us Rover guys smile. RT

Hello all, we wanted share some of our custom work we recently completed here on a customers 1995 D90 NAS. This vehicle came in with an overheating problem with the brand new Cummins 2.8L diesel installed at another shop. It also had dangling "rubber" fuel lines and an air intake setup that was shoved in the fender starving for fresh air. After repositioning the radiator to allow more space we installed a new Mishimoto intercooler with custom made factory style brackets. Marcus then designed and custom welded all new tubing on site along with a fresh layer of black powder coat. He also custom bent all new stainless fuel lines from the tank forward. Both the customer and most importantly (the Defender😉) are now MUCH happier.
