This is a full-time position (40 hours) with typically up to 6 hours of overtime per week. An Installation Technician needs to ensure proper installation of all items sold by R&S Truck Caps per individual product guidelines and customer satisfaction. This position is for the Akron location at 2598 South Main Street.
Knowledge and Skills Required
• Display excellent customer service skills.
• Follow all safety regulations
• Install or help install following proper guidelines.
• Maintain all tools, whether they are yours or the companies.
• Always put tools away in their proper place.
• Keep the work area clean and free of debris.
• Communicate any concerns to the supervisor.
• Ability to read and follow directions for the purpose of invoices, product information, and standard tape measure.
• Must have a valid and current Ohio driver’s license.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds.
• Must be able to maneuver in, out and under vehicle.
• Must be able to communicate and express oneself.
• Must be able to distinguish colors for the purpose of matching product to vehicle.
• Must have your own tools or tools must be purchased within 60 days.
