3.seller confirm the POF via his bank and nominate a vessel not old than 15 yeas in buyer name and send loaded vessel name to buyer including ppop to buyer.

4.seller issue notice of arrival to buyer port in Lome/Togo buyer port acknowledge the nor seller move the vessel to Lome and announce in buyer name buyer agent clear in the vessel to 12 notical miles seller is MATB and CLEARANCE board buyer team.

5.inspector collect samples while supercargo remains on board after a soccefull q&q result buyer drop $1m for logistics and documentations and place MT103 for total cargo less $1m with in 72hrs and pay all agent as stipulated in the spa.

6.sellet confirm payment and hand over that original documents to buyer also introduce buyer to vessel owner NOTE the supercargo must be NNPC accredited one or any certified one with recognition.

7.Indemnity Claus the seller and buyer will sign an indemnity of three million naira agaist non perform .

3. SELLER CONFIRMS AND ISSUES CATB FOR BUYER TO BOARD WITH HIS BOAT.

4. SELLER LOADED VESSEL OPENS COMMUNICATION WITH BUYER'S BOAT VIA SSB BEFORE MOVING FOR BOARDING. AT THE BOARDING POINT, HARD COPY CHEQUE WILL BE HANDED OVER TO SELLER'S AGENT.

5. UPON SUCCESSFUL CONFIRMATION OF CARGO AND ISSUE OF ATTESTATION, BUYER PAYS N300M FOR CARGO LOGISTICS AND DOCUMENTATION.

6. BUYER RELEASES VESSEL DETAILS FOR TRANSSHIPMENT OR TAKING OVER THE VESSEL.

7. UPON CONFIRMATION OF PAYMENTS, QNQ IS CONDUCTED AND REPORT SENT TO BOTH THE BUYER AND SELLER. BUYER MAKES FULL PAYMENT TO SELLER AND AGENTS LESS LOGISTICS PAID.

8. TRANSACTION CLOSES.

AGO FREE BOARDING LOME WATER AT $720/10

PROCEDURE

1. Seller issue SPA to buyer, buyer signed and return the SPA with ATB format note emails should not be more than three, super Cargo/Inspector details, emails, Phone Numbers, International Passport, details and receiving vessel details. Seller confirm ATB format/super cargo/inspector/tug boat details and vessel details and send ATB and clearance to Buyer/buyer’s team through emails. Buyer and Seller/their mandate, agents, facilitators
2.Both parties representatives to meet in Lome for introduction and boarding .Buyer team confirms products, in Lome . Buyer pay for security $200,000, and buyer take care of security in Lome. Buyer clears Cargo into buyer’s Anchorage in buyer’s expense, by seller’s approval for Q&Q, buyer pay 50% of the products for documentation before discharge. Final Q&Q/Report and analysis signed by either parties’ super cargo/inspectors.
3.Final Attestation. Buyer make final payment of the total cargo to sellers nominated accounts, deducting the initial 50% and also pay service fee to all agent, and facilitators to their nominated account for their services.
SUMMARY: BUYER TO GO and Confirm Products, Do Clearance with His Money into Anchorage, pay 50%, Seller Discharge, Buyer Made Total Payment to Seller/Facilitators, Seller Release Documents to Buyer, End of transaction, Seller empty Vessel Sail out.
