Job Description:

We’re looking for a customer service superstar to join our team as a Service Writer/Customer Service Representative. This role is perfect for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, is highly organized, and can keep things running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers with a warm, friendly attitude.
- Communicate effectively with customers about their vehicle needs.
- Coordinate with mechanics to ensure accurate service estimates and timelines.
- Keep track of appointments and manage scheduling.
- Handle basic computer tasks, including data entry and email correspondence.
- Stay on task and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

What We’re Looking For:

- A likable, people-oriented personality – you should genuinely enjoy working with others.

Christmas is the time for giving, and we know just the way you can help! Fallon Automotive is partnering with Buncombe County to fulfill Angel Tree requests for families who lost everything in the horrible flooding in Asheville, NC.

We have put together an Amazon Wish List with toys for the kiddos as well as generally requested items such as cleaning, cooking, and hygiene products.
