Hi Folks,
My name is Golam Anam, most people call me Anam. I provide home improvement services and car maintenance services. On my page you will find demonstration of my recent projects that reflects my experience as a Handyman.
I offer all sorts of home improvement and auto repair services, below are some examples.
Home improvement:
- Transforming popcorn ceiling into plain drywall ceiling
- Flooring upgrades ( tiles or laminate flooring)
- Installation of crown molding on ceiling
- Building custom bookshelf by the fireplaces
- Upgrading old house panel wood walls into plain dry wall. Finished dry walls with desired paint.
- Replacement and repair of sliding exterior doors.
- Replacement and repair of windows.
- Replacement of shower sliding doors.
- Replacement of bathroom vanity, various sizes and remodeling of the bathroom utilities.
Electrical work:
- Installing new light fixtures, from recessed can fixtures to large modern fixtures and chandeliers.
- Troubleshooting and repair for existing electrical line or replacing new line as needed
Furnace Repair:
- Troubleshooting existing furnace, repairing or replacing damaged parts.
- Remove old water boiler and replace with a new one if not repairable. Preventing water leakage if any.
Auto repair:
- Replacing brakes with a new brake pads.
- Replacing rotors
- Replacing shock and pistons.
- Flush out brake fluid and add new fluid.
- Replace oil filter and full oil change services.
- Replace air filter and cabin filter.
- Power window repair.
- Replacement of brake lights and head lights.
