The blues were playing, the cars were shining, and people were enjoying a great day at the 16th Annual Exit 56 Blues Fest. 🎶

We spent Saturday soaking up the sounds at the West Tennessee Delta Heritage Center, enjoying live blues music throughout the day, checking out the car show, and taking in everything that makes this festival a favorite annual tradition.

Thank you to the musicians, organizers, vendors, and everyone who came out to celebrate West Tennessee's rich blues heritage. We're glad to support events that bring communities together and showcase the culture and traditions of West Tennessee.

Wishing everyone a meaningful Memorial Day as we take time to reflect and remember.

We were glad to join the Brownsville-Haywood County Parks and Recreation, the Brownsville Haywood County Chamber of Commerce, local leaders, and community members for the ribbon-cutting of the new Brownsville Splash Pad.

Made possible through support from Ford’s Good Neighbor Plan, this new community space gives local families another place to play and enjoy the summer months together. Seeing people already eager to cool off and enjoy the splash pad was a great reminder of why investments in community spaces matter.

Congratulations to everyone who helped bring this project to life. We’re excited to see families enjoy it for many summers to come.

More than 1,855 pounds of litter was collected during Community Cleanup Day in Mason, and seeing so many people spend their Saturday helping clean up the community made a real impact.

Thank you to Keep Tipton County Beautiful and Mason Task Force with Mason City Beautiful for organizing the effort and bringing people together to care for the place we call home. We were glad to spend the morning alongside volunteers working to keep Mason and Tipton County Beautiful.

Teacher Appreciation Week gave us the opportunity to spend time celebrating the educators who continue to shape classrooms, encourage students, and make a lasting difference across our communities every single day.

Ford Community Relations sponsored and joined Haywood County Schools in helping deliver appreciation bags and spend time visiting schools throughout the district alongside local leaders and staff. We were also honored to partner with Fayette County Public Schools to help celebrate teachers by providing them lunch.

No matter the classroom, grade level, or school, the impact teachers make reaches far beyond the school day. Thank you to the educators across West Tennessee for the commitment you bring to students year after year.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the victims and their families, and the entire community of Brownsville, on the tragic event that happened last night.

The 88th Annual West Tennessee Strawberry Festival parade brought the community together in a big way, with packed sidewalks and plenty of familiar faces lining the streets. 🍓

We were glad to be part of it, celebrating alongside everyone who showed up to support one of the festival’s most anticipated traditions. From the floats to the bands to the organizations represented, it was a strong reflection of the pride and spirit across West Tennessee.

Congratulations to all of this year’s parade participants and winners. The time and effort put in really helped make this year’s parade one to remember.
