A mother and her two children who were in need of temporary safe housing were referred to Vision Haywood. They assisted in getting approval for housing through the Brownsville Housing Authority, providing her family with a safe place to call home. Vision Haywood was also able to help the mother obtain registration and tags for her vehicle.

The Fayette County Cotton Festival TN packed a lot into one day! 🎶

We had a great time answering questions and sharing information about the Ford Good Neighbor Plan. From the morning 5K and a packed lineup of vendors to the afternoon car show, there was plenty happening all day, with Amber Rae Dunn and The Generations Band keeping the live music going.

Thank you to the Fayette Co. Chamber of Commerce or hosting such a great event and to everyone who stopped by to see us. Congratulations to our giveaway winner, Robert Glosson, who even brought a vintage Ford to the festival! 💙

A concerned mother reached out for help as she tried to support her six grandchildren and adult daughter, who was living with a disability following a traumatic injury. After falling behind on utility payments, the family was left without services.

With support from Vision Haywood and Ford's Good Neighbor Plan, a payment arrangement was negotiated with the utility company, allowing services to be restored. The family was also connected with legal resources to help navigate additional challenges and access the support available to them.

By addressing both immediate needs and longer-term barriers, this assistance helped the family regain stability while opening the door to additional support. Learn more about Vision Haywood at visionhaywood.org.
