Support collision technicians by ordering necessary parts for the vehicles in the body shop.
Ensure that incoming inventory is stocked in the correct location and that technicians are kept updated and know when their parts arrive.
Maintain the parts department in a clean and organized manner.
Accurately price parts and accessories using the proper pricing source and keep the computer system up to date.
Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company’s Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors.
Two or more year’s related experience in an automotive parts department preferred.
One or more years of sales experience preferred.
Excellent customer service skills.
Professional appearance and work ethic.
Ability to work well in a process driven environment.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver license in the state that you will work and a good driving record.

Duties would include, but are not limited to:

· Prepare vehicles for body repair

· Repair body damage on all makes and models

· Work according to factory and dealership specifications

· Ability to check parts against estimate for proper repair

· Keeps work area clean and safe

Job Requirements:

· 3-years’ experience preferred

· Vocational degree in collision repair a plus

· ICAR Certification a plus

· Strong communication and time management skills

Duties / Responsibilities: Include the following: (Other duties may be assigned)

Hours 8am to 5pm.

Inspect vehicles & complete inspection sheet at drop-off including towed vehicles.*
Moves cars for purposes of production, customer convenience, sublet repair or washes cars, equipment, and shop as needed.*
Arrange & move vehicles on the property or in the repair shop as needed.*
Clean inside & outside of vehicles & prepares for delivery in an efficient & timely manner.*
Assist technicians in moving vehicles to help with production flow.*
Move, lock, & secure vehicles at close of the business day as needed.
Communicates physical damage or visual imperfections to management immediately.*
Pick up customers or their vehicles before & after repairs as needed.*
Run errands on behalf of the shop as needed.*
Assist in maintaining shop equipment in safe working order.*
Clean shop daily as needed.*
Performs other related duties as assigned
MUST HAVE VALID DRIVERS LICENSE.
