1955 MG-TF 1500 ROADSTER The MG-TF 1500 was the last of the iconic MG Roadster body designs. Only 3400 were produced in England with the 1466 c.c. engine with dual SU carburetors. Thus the tag 1500 was established as a nameplate on both side of the hood. Engine appears on the firewall tag as well as the Octagon on the right side of the motor. This example is a totally correct matching numbers MG, including the paint code. Power by the 1466 c.c. engine gave the 2000 pound MG enough power to reach speeds up to 85 mph. Comfortable and safe country touring was achieved at speeds up to 60 mph. The engine is mated with a 4 speed manual gearbox and four wheel drum brakes. The factory optional wire wheels added to the sporty look. This MG had been restored a number of years ago and is still in fine shape. The red paint needs no attention and the red leather has also aged and remained soft and pliable. A new hartz cloth top was added recently along with a new genuine Moss black hartz cloth tonneau cover. Flip down the windscreen and drive!! $33,500.

1959 Aston Martin DB 2/4 Mark III 1959 was a significant year for this marque. The DB 2/4 Coupe sported the newly designed grille that would forever be associated with James Bond. In fact, Bond drove a Mark III in the Book Goldfinger !! . The DB 2/4, descriptive of the occasional rear seating (found below a folding panel), added much needed storage room and seating for tiny children as well. This Aston has benefited from an excellent restoration on a California rust free car. $225,000

1932 Ford Model B Deluxe Fordor Sedan-After building nearly five million Model A Fords from 1928 through 1931, Ford introduced a completely new car for the 1932 model year. The new 1932 Fords were completely redesigned from front to rear. The fenders were fully crowned and had dramatically, flowing proportions and the radiator shell was gently rounded with a separate, vertical grill assembly. The bodies were also completely redesigned to have a lower belt line, a lower top line, a raked windshield and the running boards were mounted directly to the frame, which, gave the car a lower and more modern appearance. The 1932 Ford would be a one-year only body design that would later become the most iconic Ford ever built. The popularity of the 1932 Ford cannot be overstated. Nearly 85 years later, the 1932 Ford is still the one of the most significant and sought after cars ever built.

1957 MGA Roadster with Heritage Certificate A BODY OFF RESTORATION was done on this MGA over 13 years ago and the car is virtually in the same condition as that period. Pictures do not do it justice. The chassis is clean, engine bay is immacuate, body lines are laser straight, and the interior, top and side curtains are like new. In fact, the side curtains have never been used as seen in the trunk pictures. I believe this MGA would have a strong showing at any Concours Event or any Touring Event. The Heritage Certificate verifies that the MGA was always black with red trim and was delivered with wire wheels, etc. The attached pictures show the car was totally dissasembled. The work was done in California by Healey Lane, expert restorers of British automobiiles. During the body off restoration, the mechanical and cosmetic components were restored to exacting standards. Upon completion, the MGA was sold to a notable Southern California collector and placed in his private museum. Since that time, small electrial issues have been resolved with invoices available. Now available for a fraction of the restoration cost of this California rust free vehicle. Own the best for only $36,500.

1962 Maserati 3500 GTi Superleggera Coupe #1011978 Introduced at the Geneva Auto Show in 1957, the Maserati 3500G was produced through 1964. Almost 2,200 of these sleek 2+2 coupes were built. The 3500 GT’s alloy body was styled by Carozzeria Touring and utilized the firm’s Superleggera lightweight construction techniques. A derivative of the engine designed for the world championship-winning Maserati 250F Formula I racer, the 3500 GT’s 3.5 Liter DOHC six-cylinder engine produced 240hp. This car and others produced after 1961 were equipped with a ZF five-speed manual transmission, replacing the 4 speed of earlier models. Four wheel disc brakes were also standard in 1962. The GTi designation arrived in 1962. The “I” signifies the Lucas-sourced fuel injection, introduced that year. Maserati S.p.A. of Modena confirms that thechassis, engine and stamped body numbers are matching as it left the factory. This 3500 is finished in its original Argento Auteil Metallic (silver gray) with beautifully preserved black leather seats. This qualifies the Coupe as one of the most original 3500GT’s to exist. The odometer shows 110,405 KM- converted to miles 68,605 certainly appears to be the original mileage. This 3500 is a delight to drive. It starts easily and drives smoothly. The 5 speed transmission makes it a pleasure to drive at highway speeds as well. In fact, Waynme Carini did a review and drive on this car on one of his series (Chasing Classic Cars 2016) and said it was one of the best 3500GTi's he had ever driven. It will be welcomed on any Tour or Show Field.
