DBK Mobile Service & Repair will be CLOSED for vacation beginning Monday, September 21st, and will return Monday, September 28th.

During this time, we will not be scheduling or performing service calls. We appreciate all of our customers’ continued support and understanding while we take a short break and recharge. 💪

🚨 A QUICK WORD ABOUT DIESEL DIAGNOSTICS 🚨

We want to clear up a common misconception about how we handle diagnostics at DBK Mobile Service & Repair.

📞 We do NOT diagnose trucks over the phone.

Proper diagnostics need to be performed from start to finish by DBK. That means we inspect the truck, run the necessary tests, use our diagnostic equipment, troubleshoot the system, and verify the actual cause of the problem.

We may be able to give suggestions or recommendations based on information provided to us, but there’s an important distinction:

⚠️ If DBK does not perform the complete diagnostic process and the customer or another shop performs the repair, we cannot guarantee that the repair is correct or that the original diagnosis was accurate.

There are too many variables when someone else is performing part of the diagnostic process or repair.

We don’t want to guess.
We don’t want to throw parts at your truck.
And we don’t want to tell you something is fixed when we haven’t personally verified it.

🔧 If you want DBK to stand behind the diagnosis, the diagnostic process needs to be performed through DBK from start to finish.

Our goal is simple:

FIND THE PROBLEM. VERIFY THE PROBLEM. FIX THE PROBLEM.

This customer called us out to diagnose a truck that was experiencing intermittent starting problems along with a check engine light.

We brought the diagnostic equipment to the truck and got to work finding the actual cause instead of guessing or throwing parts at it.

🚛❄️ ANOTHER TRUCK BACK IN BUSINESS! 🔧

This truck had already had the evaporator and several A/C components replaced by the customer. They called DBK Mobile Service & Repair to get the system properly serviced and back up and running.

We pulled the A/C system into a vacuum and charged it to spec — but while vacuuming the system, we discovered a damaged condenser seal. 👀

The good news? We come prepared! 💪

Because we carry a variety of parts and supplies right on the service truck, we were able to replace the damaged seal on the spot instead of making the customer wait for another service call.

While we were there, we also diagnosed the check engine light so the customer knew what else was going on with the truck.

Another job knocked out by DBK Mobile Service & Repair! 🔧🚛

A customer contacted us about a fuel line leaking, so we headed out to diagnose the issue. After finding the problem, the customer approved the repairs — and we got to work.

Rather than replacing just the failed line, we replaced ALL SIX fuel injector lines and made sure we had the correct gaskets and O-rings needed to complete the repair properly. ✅

That’s the difference between showing up with a toolbox and SHOWING UP PREPARED. 💪

🚨 ANOTHER RV DOWN — AND THIS ONE WASN’T AN EASY FIX! 🚨

This RV came to us with a failed air compressor, and as you can see from the pictures, getting to the repair was only part of the battle.

🔧 The problem: The air compressor had failed and needed to be replaced.

💥 The challenge: Working on RVs can be a completely different animal than working on a conventional truck. Everything is packed into extremely tight spaces, components are often buried underneath beds, cabinets, flooring, or other equipment, and there simply isn’t much room to get your hands — or your tools — where they need to go.

In this case, we had to work through a very limited-access engine compartment inside the RV to get the job done. It takes patience, the right tools, diagnostic knowledge, and sometimes a little creativity to make these repairs happen without tearing half the RV apart.
