We have a customer that does not do FB but Sent me this and with his permission, is allowing me to share with other. He is a repeat customer with a VERY different situation. We have been trying to help him via phone. We finally come up with a solution and we headed 1.5hrs to get him set up. When we told him the bill he was surprised and greatful. We are here to help people and are blessed for it. We got to see a beautiful sunset! Thank You Jim!!

A couple of weeks ago we were at a rally in Hot Springs Ark, with Grand Design. I felt my sensors were giving me false readings. 3 out of 4 were showing red for the black tank and have been that way all summer. I was dumping as I thought I should and adding water back to the black tank to keep the dreaded pyramid from happening. The wife and I thought it was just a faulty sensor. But it still bothered me. This was our second year at the rally with numerous other camping trips in between. Finally, I talked to Tank Rangers who were at the rally. They felt it was a cumulation of poo in our black tank. Mind you, there was no odor coming from our black tank into the camper. But just to be sure I had them check out our tank anyways. Boy, was I wrong! The thing must have been a 1/3 to 1/2 full of yuck (p**p). They broke down the muck and cleaned it like it was brand new. I am so glad we had Tank Rangers check out our black tank and get us squared away.
If you have any doubts about your black tank let these guys check it out. They will make it just like new, and now my sensor/s are all green again. Best money spent this year at the rally.

Steve and I would like to thank everyone in Hot Springs at Catherine's Landing for the 3rd Annual Grand Design Rally.
