Did you know?????!!!!
Here in the state of MN, surviving spouse can transfer your registered motor vehicles out of your name into a new buyer or themselves without probate?! You will need proof of death, surviving spouse form and a title for this transaction.
So if your spouse is unsure of what to do in ownership of your vehicle just rest assure that the state allows them this option if something was to happen.
