One of our recent customers brought her car to us. She had taken it to a local “mechanic” shop to have her back window troubleshot. It wouldn’t roll up. The shop threw a motor at it; that didn’t fix it, and they sent her on her way. In the process, they broke her door trim, left the window motor harness disconnected, and the rubber boot between the door and frame loose, exposing all of the wires.
