📈 BIG Power C7Z06

Another Z06 from the guys at Orlando Cantu which only means one thing… big power!

This C7Z06 has a super impressive list of modifications, and fed by a Magnuson Superchargers 2650R. While we can’t post any number or times from this one, being that it is a grudge car build, it’s clear to see the combination delivered exceptional power across the board.

As always, thanks to The Shop Houston for the dyno rental so we could get these guys squared away. Be on the lookout for this car at upcoming events.

C8 Z06 Dyno Tuning! 🏎️

Today we had the pleasure of dialing in this gorgeous C8 Z06 ECU and TCM for The Shop Houston.

Their customer wanted a full calibration done and had the guys send off the TCM to HP Tuners for unlocking.

The car had already been tuned previously however we were able to squeeze out an additional 34rwhp and 15ftlbs from the initial run, as well as dial the transmission in to be lightning fast, and smooth as silk while cruising.

All in all this thing came out awesome and their customer is leaving with one of our Race Ready Tuning Solutions RTDs for future use!

Our buddy Hart Henderson hit us up to dial in a 2007 C6 Z06 he had put together for a customer of his and we got to work.

With a rebuilt, higher compression short block matched with a custom Camshaft, Headers, Halltech CAI, DSX Flex fuel, Injectors, and a full list of bolt ons and other goodies… this LS7 delivered!

601rwhp and 513ftlbs final numbers of Ethanol with perfect drivability. Cruising in 6th gear at 1,100rpm with absolutely zero surging or bucking.

1350RWHP… and we’re just getting started. 🔥💪

Today’s dyno session was with Jamie Branscum insane C7 Z06 Corvette, built by Orlando Cantu and calibrated by us at Race Ready Tuning Solutions .

This combination is built to perform:
✅ 427ci L8T Engine
✅ CID Cylinder Heads
✅ Custom Camshaft
✅ Kong Performance Ported Magnuson Superchargers 2650R Supercharger
✅ Kong Performance 138mm Throttle Body
✅ Cantu Racing Bellmouth Intake
✅ DSX Atlas Port Injection Controller
✅ ID 1050XDS Injectors
✅ Race Ready Tuned

Fueling is handled by LT4 high-side injectors and high-pressure fuel pump, a triple low-side fuel pump system, Injector Dynamics 1050XDS injectors, and the DSX Tuning Atlas Controller managing the entire port injection system seamlessly.

For today’s session, we kept the calibration intentionally conservative—light ignition timing and a rich air/fuel ratio—to ensure everything is healthy before heading to the racetrack. There’s still plenty left in this combination, but reliability always comes first.

The result? 1350+ rear-wheel horsepower with room to grow. Now it’s time to get this thing to the track, gather real-world data, and start leaning on it.

Huge thanks to Cantu Racing for another killer build and Jamie for trusting us with the calibration. We can’t wait to see what this car does on the strip.

This C7 Z06 came to the dyno packing a ProCharger Superchargers F1A-94 making 28 PSI of boost, and the results speak for themselves—1,300+ RWHP laid down on the dyno. 🚀

Keeping the fuel system under complete control is the DSX Tuning Atlas Controller, allowing seamless management of the port injection system while delivering the fueling this combination demands at four-digit power levels.

Power is one thing—making it repeatable, reliable, and drivable is another. That’s exactly what we strive for with every calibration that leaves the dyno.

Who else is ready for a 1,300+ RWHP street car? 👀

💻 Proper Tuning, Proper Results 💻

When a customer came to Hurricane Motorsports complaining about poor drivability after a previous shop completed a 6.2L Hellcat swap into this 392 Challenger, they called us to help get it sorted out.

After diagnosing the combination, we recommended changing not only the brand, but gap of the spark plugs to what we would normally run. Hurricane handled the fresh set of plugs and we took over remotely to completely recalibrate the vehicle. The result?

✅ Over 100 RWHP gained
✅ Factory-like drivability restored
✅ Improved throttle response
✅ Smoother cruising, shifting, and overall performance

This is exactly why proper calibration matters. Parts alone don’t make power—having the right tune to match the combination is what brings everything together.

🚀 Houston, we have lift-off 🚀

Trashy made her trip all the way to South Carolina for Keefa All Motor Cash Days with a brand-new combination and absolutely zero testing thanks to the weather leading up to the event. Unfortunately, we got knocked out early after fighting traction issues and spinning the tires every time the car left the line.

Instead of loading up and calling it a night, we got to work. Multiple suspension changes, calibration adjustments, and a whole lot of determination later, Trashy finally put it all together.

The result? An absolutely insane 1/8-mile pass and a NEW personal best for the car. 🔥

That’s racing. Sometimes the wins don’t come on race itself, but there are wins from constantly improving and never quitting. Every pass teaches you something and every setback pushes the combination forward.

It’s always great to see familiar faces when we make a trip to run with the NGRL family. Big thanks to everyone who helped us throughout the weekend. We’re just getting started. 👊

All the way from Texas to South Carolina. 🔥

BeefyBryceV4 C6 Z06 is dialed in and ready to battle at one of the biggest All Motor Grudge events of the year at Darlington Dragway, hosted by Keefa . This beast made the long haul across multiple states and sounds absolutely incredible as it gets warmed up and ready for competition.

Nothing beats the sound of a high-compression, all motor combination sitting there chopping at idle. The aggression, the attitude, and the anticipation before heading to the lanes is what grudge racing is all about.

Good luck to Bryce and the entire Dud Racing team this weekend. Time to see what this Texas-built hot rod can do on South Carolina soil. 💪🏁
