🚨 Important Announcement🚨
If you have or have not done business with us.. we recommend you ask for our prices! Even though We haven’t increased our prices since 2023-24, we are one of the lowest priced detail shops around! ( who is insuranced, licensed, ran legally and professionally )
If you call us and are quick to schedule without asking for pricing we are assuming you have been with us before or already got prices before hand. We will NOT stop you and tell you what it will cost when you schedule out of respect.
Some customers find it rude due to them thinking we think they can’t afford our services.
Just like every normal person, we ask how much services cost before purchasing or scheduling.
When you receive your total at the end of the services please do not act surprise or even worse DO NOT go looking for something to complain about your vehicle just so you will get a discount or a refund. WE MISS THINGS AND ALWAYS WILL, we are not perfect! It’s bound to happen every now and then, BUT if it does we will happily fix the issue immediately but one thing we will not do is refund money to you for a mistake. If you are looking for a huge discount and/ or money refunded back to you after services it was never about the services but about getting services cheap if not free and we promise you, you won’t get that from us.
If you decide not to pay, you will not receive keys to the vehicle until it’s settled through pay or law enforcement.
and if you already received $100 of add ons that you didn’t get charged for.. at least when you complain about something we missed don’t call and be rude! We will return the same energy. We will do everything possible to make it right even if it’s not our fault.
Last thing, do not wait 24 hours after a cleaning to call and complain about parts of your under car being dirty when you already drove your vehicle home on semi wet roads from the past rain we just had! Chances are you probably hit a puddle , wet dirt, etc.
We ask you please inspect your vehicle when it’s picked up or dropped off and if something is not right please let us know immediately, not a whole day after.
