Since childhood I have been multilingual, having been immersed in native languages original to my homeland as well as those of several established expat communities throughout the region. Since I relocated repeatedly I had numerous opportunities to immerse myself in countless languages, domestic and foreign, for which I took every opportunity I encountered. I enjoy talking to people, invariably me
eting with perfect strangers, and have always been eagerly inspired to acquire every language I possibly could. Foreign languages were part of the curriculum of compulsory followed with tertiary education provided by the schools I attended in three nations, and I have taken every language subject available - these were six in all. Since then I have continued studying languages, both via immersion as opportunities arose, as well as independently learning using various qualified courses. My cultural flexibility and strong motivation allows me to rapidly acquire language - I have confirmed native dialect speaking abilities of multiple languages, at times without detectable foreign accent. I often serve as an interpreter and/ or translator between languages, applicable skills ranging between fluent, semi-fluent, and passive. My goals in international relations are to provide multilingual and intercultural communications with the objective to enhance cross-cultural understanding between nations. My multicultural upbringing resulted in much acquired knowledge of the world, augmented by my receiving academic matriculation including subjects related to global affairs. Multiple native as well as acquired foreign languages allows me certain comprehension of language and its cultural roots.
