Wargasser torque braces are finished and ready to ship. To say they were a lot of work is an understatement. This batch is for 5 speed head breather Evo engine combination only. Other versions will be available in the future. These are not mass produced and everything is done in house. Engineering, design, cutting, bending and welding. Here’s a little before and after on this 1940 trans case. This one had definitely seen better days. It should be good for another 84 years. When I repair transmission cases and the threads are pulled, I weld the holes completely closed. Then re-machine the hole but I don’t go all the way through the case like the factory did. I machine the hole blind so the oil will never leak past the threads on the studs. It’s worked well for me in the past this way.

A little Sunday self promotion. Here’s a few different parts we make in house and stock. Evo, shovel, Panheads carb supports. Knuckle, Panhead stroker plates. 4 bolt and 3 bolt Linkert flanges in aluminum and steel. Juice drum brake bracket and brake line kits. Flywheel thrust washer setting tool and stainless ratchet shifters. If there’s something you don’t see that you remember us making feel free to DM us and we’ll try and help you as best we can.

Early foot clutch spring stud restoration. Remove original worn out stud, weld the ream hole round again. Install new stud then press into place. Should be good for another 88 years.
