I've had the pleasure of trying the smothered turkey wings, snapper, and salmon, and each dish has impressed me. However, the salmon has become my absolute favorite. Paired with djon djon rice, it's a meal that stands out. The rice is incredibly flavorful and satisfying---each bite is rich and well-seasoned, perfectly complementing the tender, well-cooked salmon. The salmon itself is seasoned just right, bringing out its natural flavors while adding a delightful twist.

While I'm eager to explore more of the menu, the salmon with djon djon rice has quickly become my go-to dish. If you're looking for a meal that offers both quality and value, this one should definitely be on your list."
