1995 Warlock 25 — Custom GatorStep Transformation

This 1995 Warlock 25 has been such a fun project! When it came to Above Deck Custom Boat Flooring, the boat didn’t have an install-ready floor, but the customer had just finished completely reupholstering the interior and wanted a custom floor that would bring everything together.

We designed the GatorStep flooring around the boat’s new upholstery, using a bold color combination and custom honeycomb pattern that complements the red and burnt-orange interior perfectly. The honeycomb design gives the floor a modern, performance-inspired look while still fitting the personality of this classic catamaran.

The finished result is a complete transformation. What started as a 1995 boat now has an interior that looks fresh, coordinated, and almost brand new. The new flooring ties the seats, colors, and cockpit together and really makes this Warlock POP!

And because a transformation like this deserves to be seen from every angle, we finished the project with a drone flyover to capture the full effect of the upgrade.

Yesterday we wrapped up a custom GatorStep installation on this 2026 Sea Ark, and this one definitely presented a unique challenge. With the engine extending all the way into the doorway.

The finished result gives this boat a completely custom look while adding the comfort, traction, and durability GatorStep is known for.

2008 Hurricane SunDeck SD237 – GatorStep Transformation

This 2008 Hurricane SunDeck SD237 received an incredible interior transformation with a custom GatorStep floor that completely reinvigorated the look and feel of the boat. What was once an older-looking, dirty, uncovered floor has been transformed into a clean, modern, and comfortable interior that makes this Hurricane look years newer.

The customer selected GatorStep Silver Cloud with Navy Blue lines, a combination that perfectly complements the boat’s existing interior while giving it a crisp, updated appearance. Beyond the great looks, the new flooring provides a comfortable, non-skid surface that is easy to clean—perfect for how this boat will be used.

This SD237 is built for versatility. It’s ready for early mornings chasing stripers on Smith Mountain Lake, while still being the perfect family boat for an afternoon of tubing, cruising, swimming, and hanging out on the water.

The finished result shows just how dramatically the right flooring and color combination can transform an older boat.

This 2008 Hurricane is ready for many more years of fishing, family fun, and great days on Smith Mountain Lake!

I wanted to let you know that we completed the installation of the new GatorStep on the 2007 Chaparral 256 SSX this afternoon in partnership with Magnum Boating (we love Tim, Caroline and Zach), and it turned out absolutely amazing!

The transformation is incredible. The new Silver Cloud and Charcoal GatorStep completely modernized the boat, making the interior look brighter, larger, and like a much newer Chaparral. It's always rewarding to see an older boat brought back to life with a custom GatorStep installation.

🐶 Not every “helper” on a boat measurement job has opposable thumbs… 😄

This sweet pup made sure our Photo-G measuring session on this G3 boat included plenty of playtime! 🎾 While we were capturing the exact measurements for a custom-fit GatorStep floor, he had one important mission: convince us to stop working and throw the toy.

It’s all part of the job! We love meeting great customers—and their four-legged crew members—while creating custom boat flooring that’s designed to fit perfectly and built to last.
