Side note. Please stop putting the Truck Norris cam into new builds. It was a decent cam for its day but there are SO MANY better options now. There is no situation where the Truck Norris is the best choice anymore. Check out all of the new incredible cams BTR and others offer.

We finished this one up 3 weeks ago but it deserves attention too. This 6.4 hemi powered ram 2500 has a modern vvt towing cam in it that was installed by DC Dyno & Performance. We did a full neural network tune on it because even with only 4° of cam travel it's still the correct way to calibrate these VVT cams. It literally involves renting time on a small supercomputer cluster to process the neural networks into something the engine computer can run but it is so worth it when they run like factory.

Listen to that 454 SBC chopping away! A local shop put this beautiful car together with a previous engine combo that we tuned but the owner said I want more power! So in went a blueprint engines 454 and a 4l80 for ultimate drivability. We tuned in the Holley sniper + transmission controller combo and away it goes!

Been so busy we haven't posted in a while! Here is a beautiful c6 set up as a max effort n/a 6.2. 7500rpm sounds beautiful! Made peak at 6600 and held within 50hp of peak until 7500rpm where we decided that was plenty of RPMs. Not many people get the combo right to make power at those RPMs so it was a treat!

Another day another hellcat! This unit had bigger injectors, an eflexfuel controller, exhaust cutouts, and a smaller pulley installed by DC Dyno & Performance . After troubleshooting and replacing a bad part alongside Dan we were able to get this unit running great! Next we get to see how much faster it is in the quarter mile!

Finished up some fixes on this turbocharged megasquirt LS c10 today! It came in hitting the AFR safety that we set up when we originally tuned it two years ago. Partially because the original build did not include a flex fuel sensor (required nowadays) but also because of a failing knockoff fuel pump. We partnered with DC Dyno & Performance to get the sensor plumbed in as well as dual genuine hellcat fuel pumps for future proofing! Once it came back we set up the flex sensor and touched things up. Now Not only does this machine make turbo noises again but it also has the ability to adjust for the wildly changing ethanol blends that we have around the Midwest here! Plus when it's time to put it away for winter the owner can fill it with gasoline and park it with no worries whatsoever.
