UPDATE: The first Thunder-Volt Carbon Monocoque is here!

In the past 20 months we have gone from rendering to a physical validated production chassis. The next 20 will be just as wild.

The result of many years of hard work by a ridiculously committed and talented global team navigating incredible challenges, geo-politics and a few significant setbacks.

We will be doing a full video series and behind the scenes soon. We just have had our head down.

Our team couldn't be happier to reach this milestone. Thank you to our incredible team, the incredible work done by our partners and of course our clients for their belief and support.

Now it's time to make some noise. Thank you all.

AFTER > Before the production evolution continues.

12 months since we debuted the physical model at Monterey Car Week. Now, we almost have a running chassis, which will be revealed soon.

Small tweaks optimized for production and now without the constraints of a static model. It's remarkable what a small team in a short period of time can achieve with all the tools available these days.

We would be even faster, but we have had some serious supplier disruptions and delays. The unspoken truth is that anyone operating inside the rapid re-industrialization of high tech North American manufacturing has had to be very patient Massive disruptions happening, across so many facets.

HF-11 "Blackbird" Black edition. Too fast to paint.

Featuring a revolutionary black titanium metallic coating that absorbs radar, but only over 200mph.

The car also comes with two bespoke orange suits, crafted with care by House DĆ© Stains, with integrated drink hoses and a bottle of Soylent, so no cupholders in the car. The exhaust has an afterburner mode, glowing red and changing intensity, replacing the rear brake lights to save weight.

We are proud to join the group of "Blackbirds" with Czinger, Hennessey and Revzani. Maybe we will do a "Yellowbird" next?

The Czinger Vehicles "Blackbird" made sense, the seating arrangement and the crazy tech.

The GOAT car cover. Where will Half11 show up next?
A little insider info: When this car arrived in Europe, the steering wheel was completely disconnected from the front wheels! So the team had to move the car around with dollies for this photoshoot, as there was no time to investigate what had happened. Turns out the manufacturer of our steering transfer case, forgot to weld the internals, a simple fix which we got done the next week, but boy it caused some headaches.... Instagram makes it look easy, but it's thanks to the amazing humans behind the scenes.

UNSEEN: 12 Months of Relentless Progress on HF-11, and it's only been 20 months since we launched.

Developing cars takes a massive amount of time, data and energy.

Last year, we unveiled our static exterior validation model for the HF-11. It showcased our final design and proportions, albeit in a lower "hard model" fidelity.

For experienced OEM professionals, this is standard practice. They know how to look past the opaque glass, the rougher part lines, and the low-fidelity edges to see the vision.

Because despite the rise of VR, scale models, and hyper-realistic animations, a full-scale physical model remains the single absolute best way to truly experience and validate a new design. For those that have seen it in the flesh, they've been blown away.

But when we speak to clients and investors, they need to see the "real deal."

Fast forward 12 months. The speed at which this team is moving is nothing short of incredible. To visualize that leap, we’ve overlaid images of that early validation model with the final production data that is currently being manufactured.

What you're seeing is the culmination of hundreds of minute changes that go into making a vehicle real—even after the design is technically "frozen." This is the crucial, unseen phase where design and engineering truly mature together, refining the surfacing, packaging, and details to create a vehicle that is even more beautiful, balanced, and uncompromising.
