🚨 RACE CANCELED – SATURDAY, OCTOBER 10TH 🚨

Unfortunately, we have made the decision to CANCEL tomorrow’s race at Sand Mountain Dragway due to the weather forecast. 🌧️🏁

We have waited as long as possible to make this decision because we wanted to give the forecast every opportunity to change in our favor.

After watching the weather closely and continuing to check for improvements, it has become clear that there is simply no realistic way for us to get tomorrow’s race in.

We don’t like canceling races, and we definitely don’t like doing it prematurely! That’s why we held off on making the call until we were confident there wasn’t a reasonable chance of getting the race completed.

We know our racers make plans, spend money, and travel to support us. We would much rather make this call now than have everyone load up and waste their time and money.

We appreciate everyone who continues to support Sand Mountain Dragway! We have some exciting things coming up, and we’re looking forward to getting everyone back on the track!
