Got the basic setup down. All the power is wired, all the grounds are handled. The switches are triggering the relays and the starter, radiator fans, fuel pump and oil cooler fan are all live! This is really exciting for me and the project!

The fans came in, got the oil cooler fan mounted and the radiator fans wired. Measured and marked the intercooler piping, dropped it off at the welder today. The pile of stickers also needed to be handled, they were getting moved around too much.

Ordered the WBnano, spent last night with FT450 harness. I drew out the wiring diagram a while ago, but lost the shop I was working out of. Project Empty Wallet is moving along.

Power and ground cables all laid and run for the starter and jumper/charging points. Tomorrow I have to run the power and ground cables into the interior. Need a fuse panel and have to order a replacement wbNano from … I’ve searched everywhere but I lost mine.

Well well well…. Things are rapidly progressing. It’s time to start getting measurements for wire lengths, then it’ll be time to pull it back out and get the legs of the harness separated by sensor and component… then comes the conduit!!

My turbo keeps moving. It’s been in three different engine positions this week. Need to get a v-band welded onto the manifold fl**ge and the wastegate extension. Should be pretty well locked in once we are there…

Update on the car. New position for the turbo. New routing for all sorts of things.

Got the FT450 mounted with the wiring run to it, still need to find my lost wideband Nano unit. But also put in new carpet and mounted the seat. Bus bar, power wires, shut off switch and pins are on the way!!
