Greetings Prius owners. Catalytic converter theft is unfortunately becoming a problem. Backorders on part mean delays on repairs/replacement. (And big $$$) Aftermarket anti theft shields available and well advised. May be delays here too due to demand, but...
Not soliciting the work just a strong advisement to get it done ASAP. The world is crazy enough without this too.

We just wanted to let you know that the shop will be closed during the week of August 3rd through the 7th. We'll be back in the shop on Monday August 10th to continue with our busy schedule. Please feel free to contact us via Messenger or email at [email protected] during that time (or any time) and Linda will get back to you accordingly; she monitors these outlets at all times.

Good morning Facebookers!

After much consideration, we've decided that we are no longer accepting new customers and/or vehicles. We are currently booked out until the end of August and wanted to ensure that we will have the availability to service our current customer base in a timely manner in the future. We will be sure to update our page if this changes.

Thank you so much for all the referrals and amazing reviews. We couldn't be where we are today without your continued support and loyalty. Enjoy your summer and be safe Maestroteers!

Good afternoon! Just a quick update on things here at Maestro Motors.

We are currently booked out close to two weeks so if you're needing to be seen, please contact us soon to get an appointment. Feel free to call the shop at 206-933-9351 during business hours which are Monday through Friday 10am to 6pm (dependent on the day's appointments). You may also message us here on Facebook or email us at [email protected]; we monitor these avenues even after hours.

Maestro Motors is doing our best to combat the spread of COVID-19. Currently, we are not having customers come into the shop. When you arrive for your scheduled appointment, please park your vehicle in the front lot and drop your key through the mail slot IN the door. Once we are finished with your vehicle, we will call you and payment can be made over the phone. When you arrive to pick-up, please call us and we will bring your invoice/receipt and your keys out to you. Surfaces that we touch inside your vehicle are sanitized both before and after we work on it, along with the exterior door handle and of course your keys. If you have any questions about our practices, please don't hesitate to let us know.

These are strange times we're living in, indeed, but we trust that we'll get through this and/or adjust to what could be our new normal. We are extremely grateful for all the continued support we are receiving as a small business and as individuals. We look forward to serving you for many years to come. Please take care and have an amazing day!

Employment Security - Signup

Good morning Maestroteers!

We just wanted to let you know of something that's happening that you may or may not know about. With all the uncertainty of today, leave it to crooks to take advantage of the situation. Protect yourself by creating a Employment Security account, even if you're not going to use it. Someone(s) out there are creating unemployment claims with stolen social security numbers. These claims are getting approved and the money deposited into bank accounts of their choosing. It's a real threat; it happened to someone very close to me.

Creating an account doesn't sign you up for benefits but rather makes sure no one else can open one up with your social security number. You also have access to see your past quarterly earnings.

Remember, we're still here to serve you so don't hesitate to contact us via phone, email or Facebook Messenger. We hope you're all doing well and staying healthy. Have a great day!

Good afternoon everyone!

We hope everyone is staying safe out there. We wanted to send a special thank you out to our neighbor Buddha Ruksa for sending us lunch on Friday! It was a very welcomed treat during these odd times and absolutely delicious! We are grateful for not just our customers who support small businesses but also to all our neighbors who are supporting each other. Thank you again Buddha Ruksa for thinking of us.

Stay safe, stay healthy and enjoy your day!

03/26/2020

Hello everyone.

During these uncertain times, we here at Maestro Motors would like to reassure you that we are here to assist you with your vehicle needs. Please feel free to reach out to the shop via:

Phone: 206-933-9351
Email: [email protected]
or Facebook Messenger

We take your health and the health of our staff very seriously and are taking extra precautions to sanitize commonly touched surfaces (i.e. car and building door handles, steering wheels, combination switches, shifters, emergency brake handles, door locks, window controls, pens etc.). If you're interested in "no contact", we have a procedure in place for that as well; feel free to discuss that with any of us.

There have been some changes made to our operation due to this current situation.

Hours: We are planning on being open Monday-Friday at 10:00am daily. Dependent on need and appointments for the day, closing times may vary. Please leave a message if we aren't able to answer your call/email/message and someone will get back to you as soon as possible to ensure you are taken care of.

Waiting Areas: There is no where available to wait at our shop. Please keep in mind that local businesses (i.e. coffee shops, restaurants etc.) may be closed or unable to accommodate seating. If it's more convenient to drop off for the day and pick up at a later time, we can definitely make those arrangements.

Picking Up: If you have an extra key/way to get into your vehicle, we would recommend having it with you. This way if you'd like to pick-up after we've left for the day or have "no contact", we could easily lock up your vehicle for you.

We are very grateful to all of our loyal patrons for continuing to support small businesses like ours. We look forward to continuing to serve you and have faith that we will all make it through this. Stay safe, stay healthy. Thank you.

Happy Halloween! We hope you all have a safe and fun evening filled with candy (if you're into that sort of thing).

Just a friendly reminder to be careful when leaving your car parked all alone; you never know what ghouls and goblins are out there trying to eat your car parts ๐Ÿ˜ฎ! Luckily we have the team (and tools) to scare them away ๐Ÿ˜Ž.

Unfortunately for this one, it looks like we didn't make it before the engine was gone ๐Ÿ˜ฑ .

Long week, needed some of this.
I brought my car in to fix the brake rotors yesterday. While working on it, Rima noticed one of the front tires was damaged due to the way it was installed. The tire was dangerously worn down to the point of possibly shredding--what happens to big trucks when you see pieces of tire on the freeway. It was worn down in the interior so I would never have noticed it. She switched the tire to the rear so in the event that if it would blow out it would not cause me to lose steering control. Needless to say, her advice was to get a new tire today, right now. After fixing the rotors I went to Discount Tire and got a couple new tires replacing that damaged one. It was a good thing I went in and got the rotors fixed, otherwise I would not have known about this danger. It was great that Rima saw this and alerted me, and took the step to make it safer. Thanks, Rima and Linda!
I'm starting to worry that you'll one day take a picture of the inside of my car and post it to the internet saying "it shouldn't look like this."
so happy to see you have a FB page; love the stories and pics; Iโ€™m one of your many fans who is absolutely thrilled with your service; sending a referral your way today; his name is David; thanks for everything Richard and Rima
