Tired of your front tires being flat, and then getting them replaced only to go flat again? Just installed these solid rubber tires on a John Deere, and they are a great fit and will wear out before they ever go flat.

Sometimes the bolt holding the blade in place can get seized. No matter how hard you try, best you can do with a 5/8in bolt is round it off eventually, it doesn't have much leverage on it's own. Torch doesn't help, 2000lb/ft impact doesn't help, putting all your weight on a breaker bar does nothing, it breaks every specialty tool you can get on it and doesn't so much as budge.

Weld a 3/4in nut on top of the 5/8in bolt head, and it'll increase the leverage to make it a much easier task.

We're also here to help with any 12v wiring for mowers, trailers, etc.

This customer had the light harness melt on the exhaust. So we rewired the bad bits, added new connectors, and resecured everything to be sure it wouldn't happen again.

So when it comes to lawn mowers, we can fix pretty much anything. However, when it comes to engines, that's a different can of worms.

Engine work should be done at an engine place or even a machine shop that can properly deal with any issues.

A lot of times these kinds of issues can spiral into a bill that's over a thousand bucks, and at that point it would have been cheaper easier and quicker to just buy a new engine. But spending $1,000 on something that's only going to be worth 4 to $600 if it were working is a main reason that people abandon or get rid of their lawn mowers.

Just a reminder to everyone out there repairing mowers. Any point of tension is secured at the furthest point from the tension.

This client has a used mower that kept eating through belts, the belts seemed to loose, and on this particular mower there's no way to adjust tension.

The issue was that at some point someone had replaced the PTO line that engages the mower blades and when they replaced it they put the bracket on so that it was secured as close as possible to the point of tension.

After flipping it around so that it's secured as far away as possible from the point of tension, everything works fantastic and no more slipping or destroying belts.

Upgraded this Ferris mower with a new tank mount for an integrated 15 gallon sprayer tank.
