I just had a super creative idea from a tenant who doesn't own a printer! She found some paper and markers, and is planning to make her own Easter egg to hang! So guys, if you don't own a printer, grab some paper and markers and get creative! Make sure to hang it in a location that you can see from the sidewalk! Remember....this is a social distancing egg hunt! 🐰

Lehigh County Authority is asking all customers...If you're using ANYTHING other than toilet paper...PLEASE do NOT flush it down the toilet.
This includes but is not limited to wipes (even if they say 'Flushable'), napkins, paper towels, cloth rags, and other heavy paper products. Human waste and toilet paper should be the ONLY things flushed down the toilet. There is an article on The Morning Call's website that details this.
Thank you in advance for your cooperation!

It's also ok to get that sidewalk chalk out and draw pictures on the walks! Pictures, inspirational messages...I'm sure all of us, tenants and employees, would LOVE to see your artwork! 💐

Being outside in nice weather is healthy—but please continue to practice social distancing + avoid areas where people may gather. Instead:
• enjoy fresh air from your porch
• ride a bike
• take a walk (keep 6' away from others)
• play with your kids in your yard

The order goes into effect at 8 p.m. Wednesday and will continue until April 6, officials said.

In response to the COVID-19 outbreak, we are asking our tenants and future tenants to refrain from coming into the office. We will not be scheduling showings at this time. Please contact the office via phone and email ONLY. We could be limiting office hours over the course of the week, but for now, we're trying to operate business as usual, with a little extra Clorox.
With rent coming due, we're also asking that you make your payments via the online tenant portal. If you need to drop a check off, please just drop it in the mail slot on the door, and we are asking you don't put it in an envelope.
If you have any questions, please contact the office at [email protected] or at 610-799-3232. Stay tuned for updates as we get them.

03/12/2020

In light of the pandemic in our county, Maintenance will NOT be entering apartments for basic, non-emergency work orders until further notice.

If it is an emergency (ex. leaking water, no heat, electrical) we will be taking extreme caution in handling your work order, but it will get handled in a timely manner that our tenants are used to.

We are asking that you refrain from coming to the office unless absolutely needed. Feel free to call the office at 610-799-3232 or email at [email protected] for any and all questions/problems/concerns.

Thank you for your cooperation during this time.
