There’s nothing better than spending a Sunday behind the wheel of an AMG, enjoying incredible roads, beautiful scenery, and great company.

Our AMG Family has been invited to join our friends at the Mercedes-Benz Club of America (MBCA) for their First Sunday Drive, and we hope you’ll join us for what promises to be an unforgettable morning drive!

Sunday, August 2, 2026
Meeting Point: Starbucks Coffee – Bridgepoint Shopping Center, San Mateo
Meeting Time: 9:15 AM – 10:00 AM
Departure: 10:00 AM (sharp!)
Destination: Pescadero, CA

Led by MBCA, we’ll cruise some of the Peninsula’s most scenic backroads, climbing through Skyline and Summit Road before making our way to the beautiful coastal town of Pescadero. Along the route, we’ll stop at the historic San Gregorio General Store for a short break before continuing our drive.
Once we arrive in Pescadero, you’re welcome to enjoy lunch at one of the local restaurants, explore the unique shops, or simply relax and spend time with fellow Mercedes-Benz enthusiasts.

Paper route directions will be provided at the meeting point.

Whether this is your first drive with us or you’re a familiar face, this is a fantastic opportunity to enjoy your AMG, make new friends, reconnect with old ones, and experience some of Northern California’s best driving roads.

A huge thank you to the AMG community of Northern California and the Silicon Valley Hub for your incredible support and for joining us at our Cars & Coffee hosted by Mercedes-Benz of Pleasanton!

With over 50 AMG vehicles in attendance, it was an amazing morning filled with great cars, great conversations, and an even greater community. A special thank you to our live DJ for keeping the energy up, Qamaria Cafe for the delicious coffee and donuts, and the Red Bull team for providing complimentary drinks to everyone.

Events like these are only possible because of the passion and support of this amazing community. We truly appreciate everyone who came out and helped make it such a memorable gathering. We can’t wait to see you all at the next event!

Intermediate Stop: Mount Diablo – Long-Term Parking, then walk up to peak
End Point: Peet’s Coffee at 5458 Ygnacio Valley Rd #10 Concord CA 94521
Led By: Raj Mahey

Our scenic drive starts at Blackhawk Rd, and continues on Mt. Diablo Scenic Blvd, leading to twisty/winding Southgate Road and Summit Rd to the summit of Mt. Diablo State Park. Bring cameras and binoculars for spectacular views at the top before we head down Northgate Road to Walnut Creek and continue towards Clayton. Our drive will end at the boundary of Concord and Clayton.

Park fee: $10 per car, $9 for seniors to be paid at Ranger station – see below

Total distance: 32 miles; Time including stops: ~2 hours 10 minutes

What a great event we had yesterday! It was an amazing morning with spectacular weather. We had over 50 AMGs, dj playing nonstop music, .memento barista made to order coffee, delicious pastries with charcuterie and the special panelists discussion with , and .Thank you all for attending, share any photos you may have and hope to see you at our next event!
