"I was looking for a good Toyota mechanic I could trust after I moved to a new location. I was specifically looking for someone who was well-experienced, honest, and wouldn't upcharge me like crazy. After reading a ton of reviews I gave this shop a try and after being there multiple times, I think Ryan at Mode Automotive is that guy.

Ryan was super chill & friendly while maintaining a professional attitude. I really appreciate Ryan's transparency when it comes to prescribing & suggesting fixes. He's very good at explaining the diagnoses and telling the customer what services are critical, recommended, and are nice-to-haves or could wait.

It's definitely a small operation, It honestly looks like it might just be him doing everything at the moment but I don't think that detracts from the quality of service. It just might mean you may not be able to get a same-day appointment.
