Honey Badger Performance is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join the crew.

We need someone who knows their way around motorcycles, is great with people, and can keep the front end of the shop moving.

You’ll be helping with:
🏍️ Customer check-ins & check-outs
📞 Phones & customer communication
📅 Scheduling services, tires & smaller jobs
📦 Checking in parts & organizing jobs
🔧 Making sure techs have parts & paperwork
📋 Repair orders & shop paperwork
📸 Bike photos/videos
📊 Inventory & keeping the shop organized

You don’t have to be a tech, but motorcycle/powersports experience is a BIG plus.

🕘 Monday–Friday | 9–6
📍 San Antonio
