Customer complaint was their brake pedal was going all the way down to the ground. Customer said he needs his master cylinder looked at. I visually inspected the vehicle underneath the car was a puddle of brake fluid next to the front left tire. Brake hose replace on a 2013 Ford F-150 3.5 l

This customer had his timing chain replaced on his 2013 Ford F-150 by a dealership! And they didn't replace fuel pump gasket, fuel housing gasket, used RTV all the way around the valve cover gasket which is totally unnecessary! Straight crappy work!!
