Well that’s a wrap for the 2026 season!

Went out tonight and drew a 12 started front row of the heat and got the win they inverted the front two rows witch started us 3rd and fell back to 5th but made our way back to 4 and blew a whole in a coolant hose on the final lap but still finished there definitely can’t wait to see what next year brings!

Thank you to all these people who kept us going this year!

With the cancellation of Salina speedway due to Mother Nature we will take another 3rd place in points finish overall a good year definitely some of the most fun I’ve had we still have one more race in the list at 81 speedway hopefully. Thank you to everyone who helped keep this thing going

I will say 81 did not disappoint we started 6th in the feature and went forward right away battled with the leader and led most of a lap then got to loose and ran second most of the race waiting on the leader to make a mistake but it just didn’t happen had a late race restart and struggled getting it in to gear and ended up 3rd overall not gonna complain definitely got this hot rod back where it needs to be can’t wait to be back in Salina next weekend 😎🤘🏻

Just to get everyone in on the loop here cause updating hasent been so good but I’ll catch it all up. ( this might be a little long)

About a month ago shortly after my win this season we realized my car was starting to run way hotter than normal and way hotter than it should’ve been so we diagnosed it and found a bad head gasket. We did get that issue fixed and back out after tearing the car apart on Thursday and having it running shortly before the races started on that Saturday. We had a couple nights with it after that one not so good but then the one that started this whole issue and I’m gonna sound stupid for doing this but I felt it was already to the point it wasn’t gonna change it.

Last weekend we had a pretty decent car and ran 2nd in the heat and felt like we had the car back where it needed to be but when we pulled in to tech we noticed coolant was spraying everywhere so we got it back to the pits and dug in to find that the head gasket was out again but I wanted my points so we decided to put water in it and see what we could do.
We started 8th in the feature and had a really fast car and got it up to 3rd and felt like it was moving and with 2-3 laps to go it was hot again and water was spraying inside my passenger side door and that ended up blowing that motor. So with the help of some wonderful people we found a motor to get us through the rest of the year so we spent all week getting it in and ready for race day but little did we know another thing had to pop up. We have a good running car but can’t get it to go in to gear so we tore the trans itself back out and changed the slave cylinder/throw out bearing hoping that was the issue for it to do the same thing so there was no way to race it Saturday night but we tried our best and had so many hands in deck one being the points leader and multiple other competitors.
That really showed what this sport can be about with the help of some good people. We dropped from second in points to 3rd but after the year we’ve had I don’t think there’s any room to complain about any of it.

We will take these two weeks to try and get it back going to round out the year with it and see where we end up.

We ran Salina lastnight and can’t really say it was a bad night but can’t say it was a good night either

We spent Thursday Friday and 90% of Saturday pulling the motor out and put a head gasket in it and get it back together after realizing mine was bad

We had a pretty fast car all night started p7 in the heat and finished p2 started the feature p6 and finished p3 but unfortunately pretty sure it wiped another head gasket out but not 100% at this moment

We will get it figured and and possibly have a lead in a motor to finish out the year with

We couldn’t do it without all these people

I don’t exactly know how to put tonight in to words yet except for the fact we just had the car and track combo I needed but tonight we picked up our very first career win and it feels really nice

I couldn’t do this without everyone’s support and have to give a special shout out to these people
