Meet "Ol' Blue", my college car from back in the day. This '69 Galaxie 500 was a "memory machine". SO MANY great memories with this car! They all come rushing back when I just see this picture. When I moved up to Oregon to go to school, I was able to pack ALL of my personal belongings in the giant trunk of this beast. It had giant bench seats! At one time I had nine people riding with me in this car!! I absolutely loved it. It was a clean machine… two-door straight body, beautiful baby-blue paint, tons of chrome, "Baby Moon" wheels, Hijacker air shocks in the back for a subtle "rake" look, Pioneer stereo, 390 engine, AC, the list goes on... I worked with AI to bring an old grainy photo of my old buddy to life, and threw a Starbucks behind it just to mess with people's heads.😄 How 'bout you? What was your college-age car?
