Very true!

Employees have a bad day at work.

Owners have a bad day at something that has their name on it. That their family's stability depends on. That they haven't fully slept through in years.

I'm not saying one is harder than the other.

I'm saying they are not the same kind of hard.

And pretending they are is why so many owners feel like nobody around them actually understands.

Well, we work on so many different cars, and I somehow forgot that the intake manifold had to be removed to remove the spark plugs on a 3.6L Dodge Durango. Lol. 🤦🏻‍♂️ I was reminded today. But on another note, the head gasket wasn't bad! So the client was happy about that!
