As much as I hate to say it, We are closed. Thank you to all of my clients.

Covid made it difficult but somewhat manageable.

Issues with the building and the incompetence of the city of Sacramento made it clear it was time to move on.

We will be reopening elsewhere, outside of city limits. We will notify everyone when we do.

If you're wondering what the city did, here you go: while doing upgrades to city infrastructure they disconnected our sewer main and neglected to reconnect it. Raw sewage came up from the bathroom and inside the shop. There was a giant cesspool developing under the alley and shop.

Building issues: no sewer clean out on the property so finding the reason for sewage back up in the shop became much more difficult. Add to that having to clean out many gallons of water from the shop every time it rained. The roof is shot. Roofers now refuse to repair it until it's replaced. We also had to put tarps up in our office to protect our electronics from water leaks.

Next up, most of the electrical in the building doesn't work. Part of the problem is the roof leaks onto the electrical panel. Also, it was never repaired correctly after a previous fire. (Only know about the fire because one of of our yearly fire inspectors worked the fire). Many of the fuses on that panel are turned off because they blow everytime you turn them on.

Anyone working in that building and claiming to be associated with me is lying. Beware of the "car dealer" next door.
