Big Kev and Uncle Frank had a busy week last week!
Jon and I (Shelby) ran URC 6/17 and finished 5th and 6th. Turned some good laps and just had good fun with everyone in the pit!!

Joey Crilly Racing hopped in the nonwing 360 again to run with USAC Eastern Storm at the Grove 6/19. He finished 21st and was the 2nd highest 360!

Came back to run with Mid-Atlantic Sprint Series on Saturday 6/20. We were slotted to start 14th but had to pull in prior to the green to get my hood taped down. So I started at the tail (21st) and got up to 11th when the tape ripped off. I tried my best to hold it with my right hand but I can barely reach the mag switch so I only lasted so long lol. Pulled off and was listed 19th

Mid-Atlantic Sprint Series at Bridgeport Speedway JK12 6/12-6/23/26::

A fun weekend for an amazing cause!
Night 1:
Started on the pole and finished 3rd in our heat, made the redraw. Started 6th and finished 6th in the feature, got faster as the feature went which is good!
Night 2:
Timed 9th out of 16 cars in my flight.. that put the 51 starting 5th our heat, made the show by finishing 5th.
Started 17th in the feature and finished 13th, it was a good green to checkered thirty lap event. The car had speed just like Friday, could put it anywhere it needed to be. Just needed to execute the moves earlier and we’d have a better finish.
Don’t forget we also did the tire changing challenge! Big and Little Kev worked their tails off for a strong 3rd! Very proud of my family team.

Results don’t show it but it was a good weekend for the 51! We had lots of laughs and egg salad, also had a BLAST with good clean racing all weekend. Glad we got to be apart of this beautiful event MASS puts on!

Also our prayers go out to those at Wayne County this weekend♥️

Twas a race filled weekend for Team 51!
Ran Georgetown (5/29/26) with Mid-Atlantic Sprint Series. Wasn’t the most memorable night with it taking rubber half way into the feature and only running 11th.
The team split again this Saturday. Big Kev, Uncle Frank went out to Selinsgrove to run with USAC East Coast. Larry McVay ran the 51 and finished 14th in the feature
Little Kev and I went to Bridgeport with MASS. Had some valuable seat time working different lines in a green to checkered feature, also finishing the night 14th.

Next weekend we do another double header, Selinsgrove with PASS Friday and out to Mercer Saturday.

🚨Mid-Atlantic Sprint Series Headlines Huge Saturday Night at Middleford Speedway!

The thunder of sprint cars returns to the Quarter Mile Coliseum this Saturday night as the Mid-Atlantic Sprint Series invades Middleford Speedway for an exciting night of dirt track racing action.

The Mid-Atlantic Sprint Series (MASS) is one of the premier traveling Racesaver 305 Sprint Car organizations in the region, featuring competitive and affordable open-wheel racing across Delaware, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey. Operating under the popular Racesaver 305 rules package, MASS is known for producing some of the closest sprint car racing in the Northeast while showcasing both veteran racers and rising stars. The series competes at many of the area’s top dirt tracks and continues to grow in popularity among racers and fans alike.

Saturday night’s MASS feature will pay $1,000-to-win courtesy of Betts Garage Towing and Hauling.

Joining the Mid-Atlantic Sprint Series on the card will be:

5/3/26 Port Royal with PASS::
We love our half miles!
Timed 8th quick out 47 in hotlaps.
Ran 11th-8th in my heat.
Started 6th in the B-main and ran 4th, making me the first alternate. I ran 3rd (last transfer) for 2 laps and stayed a lane too high for a lap too long.🤷‍♀️
It was a shame to not make the show but we are always livin’ and learnin’.

A good shake down night at Bedford with the new car and motor.
Timed 6th out of 10 in hotlaps.
Went 5-4th in the heat.
Started 7th in the feature and was running 5th before the fuel pump bracket failed which shut the motor off so I pulled in on lap 12.
Sucks but very happy with the laps we did get tonight!
And luckily we replaced the bracket, everything fired nice and so we are onto Port tomorrow!

IT’S TIME FOR OUR SEASON TO BEGIN!
This weekend (4/4) we will hit Port Royal with PA Sprint Series!
Next weekend (4/11) we go to Bridgeport with Mid Atlantic Sprint Series. Can’t wait to be back at our home track with our home series!
