Bridgeport Speedway with Mid-Atlantic Sprint Series 8/22/26::
A bittersweet night!
Ran 3rd quick in hot laps, 2nd in the heat, and I redrew the 4 for the feature.
Got up to 2nd early on in the race and was battling for the lead, just stayed playing around on the bottom too long (the epitome of my driving career). Last restart we left the top open and got passed for the lead with 8 to go. Finally my bottom line worked out after 15 laps of trying, but by then the 70 was gone and we settled for 2nd.

Congrats to Eddie Wagner on putting together a clean sweep of a night and some fun racing!

Bridgeport Speedway with Mid-Atlantic Sprint Series 8/8/26::
With a rain out on Friday we had just one race this weekend!
I ran 2nd in my heat and Jeremy ran 4th, sealing us in the redraw.
We were hoping it was going to be my night after drawing the pole for the feature. But mistakes were made and I finished 4th. No one likes to go backwards, but we can be grateful for a good 25 laps and use it for next week.
AND we can be grateful that I beat Jeremy, he tried to slide me last lap but I beat him to the line😉

B2B double headers for the gents

Georgetown Speedway with Mid-Atlantic Sprint Series 7/31/26:
A mid pack type night, hot lapped mid pack, qualified 8th out of 16, with it only being a 2 car invert I started 8th and finished 8th in the feature!
MASS is a hard crowd to where every inch matters, 5th-8th were all within 0.05 seconds of each other in qualifying!
All in all a good fun night trying to find some speed on a less frequented track!

Selinsgrove Speedway with USAC East Coast Sprint Cars 8/1/26:
With the seat open for the weekend, we welcomed Tyler Brehm to hop in non wing car!
It was cool to see an experienced nonwing driver in the 51 and to get some good feedback.
Tyler went from 18th-8th in the feature, earning the hard charger award!

Another double header in the books!
Went to Selinsgrove Friday, nothing much to note on the night but had some adorable fans come by and check out the 51!

Saturday we were at Bridgeport with Mid-Atlantic Sprint Series. Started 4th and finished 3rd in the heat race.
Redrew 5th for the feature and ran 4th the whole race until last lap, last corner. Finished 5th but had such a good time wheeling with the 19A. Tim and the Ale Racing team are class acts. You just can’t top good clean racing!

Big Kev and Uncle Frank had a busy week last week!
Jon and I (Shelby) ran URC 6/17 and finished 5th and 6th. Turned some good laps and just had good fun with everyone in the pit!!

Joey Crilly Racing hopped in the nonwing 360 again to run with USAC Eastern Storm at the Grove 6/19. He finished 21st and was the 2nd highest 360!

Came back to run with Mid-Atlantic Sprint Series on Saturday 6/20. We were slotted to start 14th but had to pull in prior to the green to get my hood taped down. So I started at the tail (21st) and got up to 11th when the tape ripped off. I tried my best to hold it with my right hand but I can barely reach the mag switch so I only lasted so long lol. Pulled off and was listed 19th

Mid-Atlantic Sprint Series at Bridgeport Speedway JK12 6/12-6/23/26::

A fun weekend for an amazing cause!
Night 1:
Started on the pole and finished 3rd in our heat, made the redraw. Started 6th and finished 6th in the feature, got faster as the feature went which is good!
Night 2:
Timed 9th out of 16 cars in my flight.. that put the 51 starting 5th our heat, made the show by finishing 5th.
Started 17th in the feature and finished 13th, it was a good green to checkered thirty lap event. The car had speed just like Friday, could put it anywhere it needed to be. Just needed to execute the moves earlier and we’d have a better finish.
Don’t forget we also did the tire changing challenge! Big and Little Kev worked their tails off for a strong 3rd! Very proud of my family team.

Results don’t show it but it was a good weekend for the 51! We had lots of laughs and egg salad, also had a BLAST with good clean racing all weekend. Glad we got to be apart of this beautiful event MASS puts on!

Also our prayers go out to those at Wayne County this weekend♥️

Twas a race filled weekend for Team 51!
Ran Georgetown (5/29/26) with Mid-Atlantic Sprint Series. Wasn’t the most memorable night with it taking rubber half way into the feature and only running 11th.
The team split again this Saturday. Big Kev, Uncle Frank went out to Selinsgrove to run with USAC East Coast. Larry McVay ran the 51 and finished 14th in the feature
Little Kev and I went to Bridgeport with MASS. Had some valuable seat time working different lines in a green to checkered feature, also finishing the night 14th.

Next weekend we do another double header, Selinsgrove with PASS Friday and out to Mercer Saturday.
