We had a great time on Saturday! Our reunion is less than two months away! Hill Country, here we come!! Look for updates this week on plans for the weekend!! Thanks to Marc, Irma, Omar, Pat and Mom for your help and great ideas as we put the final details in place for the weekend! Thanks to Aunt Karen too for conferencing in for an update on our Friday night event.

We are getting CLOSE!!!!! Just 68 days away!! We are planning one more meeting in Dallas at my house, Saturday, June 10th at 2:00 PM to cover last minute plans. This will primarily be to organize the Saturday night dinner.
An email was sent out with notes attached, from our last meeting in February - PLEASE REVIEW ALL DETAILS - If you have any questions or want to provide suggestions, send them to my email address and we can review on June 10th. If you did not get the email, let one of us know, or post here, and we will be sure you get it!
Also, if you are not assigned to an event but would like to join the teams listed on the emailed attachment, please contact: Uncle JR& Aunt Karen for the Friday night cook-out; HILDA EVA for Saturday lunch; LINDA for Saturday evening. IF you have any items to donate to the Welcome bags you can coordinate with Oscar, Irma or me.
We will need a head count for FRIDAY NIGHT & SATURDAY NIGHT DINNERS. So, please....RESPOND TO THE EMAIL (or post here) with your family head count, so that we have a good count for both of those meals. We just need to know how many family members are attending the reunion both days.
Dora is working on the Family Pictures Video for Saturday night - If you have pictures of your family that you would like to see represented in the video send her pictures by email, google drive, etc. Send pictures no later than June 25th. If you need her email address, let us know! If you have an updated address or phone number to share send those updates to Dora - she is updating the Farias Directory.
We are going to have a GREAT TIME! If you can make it on June 10th, I'll see you then - if not, we will see you on AUGUST 4th.

Happy New Year everyone!! Wow, it's already 2017....which means our Family Reunion weekend is coming quickly! How exciting!
Please: SAVE THE DATE!!....The next reunion planning meeting is on February 25th, in San Antonio, Texas. Hilda Eva has generously offered up her home, for the meeting! Thanks Hilda!
We highly encourage everyone to come, if they are available! This will be our most important meeting, as we will be finalizing the activities and schedule for the reunion weekend! It should be a productive and fun meeting!

Look at this group hard at work!! We had a great time yesterday working on plans for the reunion. Thank you Oscar & Oly, Omar, Jared, Tyler, Aunt Karen, Uncle Jr., Missy & Lauren, Hilda Eva, Irma& Chris, Carmen, Mom and Danny!!! Great turn out in Roundrock. We will be sending out a full report but we made some great progress!! Thanks to Irma & Chris for a great lunch and hosting a meeting place.

You are going to love the great plans that are coming together for the reunion weekend. If you have any suggestions, ideas or want to join a committee just let me know. We did make some assignments on some of the committees so be sure to look for your name on the meeting update.
