In June, Bio-Care arrived onsite at our Roseville facility to conduct audiometric testing for our employees. Bio-Care is a mobile testing facility that tests all employees under the MIOSHA General Industry Safety and Health Standard, Part 380, Occupational Noise Exposure. Any employee who may be subjected to >85 decibels over an 8 hr period is required to have a hearing test to determine if hearing has been impacted. The testing results were given directly to the employee and improved our workplace for our Roseville employees.

On January 25th and 26th, Bio-Care arrived onsite at Milan Metal Systems to conduct audiometric testing for 147 employees. Bio-care is a mobile testing facility that tests all employees under the MIOSHA General Industry Safety and Health Standard, Part 380, Occupational Noise Exposure. Anyone who may be subjected to greater than 85 decibels over an 8 hour period is required to have a general hearing test to determine if their hearing has been impacted.
The testing was quick, less than 10 minutes, and results were given directly to the employee for their knowledge going forward.
