Thanks to Pat for the work on his dump truck.

From a rusted out retired salt truck, to something that a person can be proud of.
This truck came to us for a few different reasons.
Inoperable tail lights and marker lights, a broken trailer plug, no tailgate, and a prime example of lack of lubrication causing seized dump bed hinges.

We designed a strong yet lightweight tailgate that can easily be folded up and down by hand, re fabricated new hinges, gave an updated light package with LEDs and a wire junction box.

This was a fun project. Just goes to show how a little time, and a little paint can drastically change what these old trucks can look like!

Sometimes it’s bittersweet when the phone is ringing, but it’s hard to get projects accomplished. I am thankful for all of the support that has coming in lately!

Just a little extension on a payloader bucket.
This machine was primarily used for light materials so the owner asked to make extensions on the bucket so it would handle more yards per scoop.
We could’ve gone a whole different route and fabricated a completely new bucket but due to the age and condition of the loader that would not be a good cost effective option.
By adding these they gained almost 40% more capacity at a fraction of the cost of new.

Another job that was done awhile ago!

A Customer had a box truck that he wanted the frame shortened, axle moved, pto installed on transmission, and lifting unit swapped from an outdated chassis over to new unit with air conditioning and an automatic transmission.
Everything was done in house minus sending out the driveshaft to be shortened and rebalanced.

Additional work will be done in the future including new winches repurposed from a salvaged tow truck, electronic actuated hydraulic valves and a remote control.
The lifting frame will also be rebuilt with new bearings and a few little extra touches.

Customer reached out for an economical solution to heat a poorly insulated 60x80ft shop.
Wood was not an issue due to being a tree service.
Using all repurposed material we came up with the solution of building a large wood stove made out of a propane tank.

Unit has forced air blowing around the stove and includes pipes ran through the inside also for added heat transfer.
A damper was installed in the exhaust pipe and an air damper was also installed on the fresh air intake.
Doors have rope gaskets and the stove is sealed up enough to kill the flame when closed up tight.
