Anyone can say fast. Anyone can say custom. Here is what is on the paperwork.

Our iBox is built to IIB non-combustible standards. The New York Aquarium build had to meet the stringent IIB requirements of the NYC Building Code and resist salt water on the interior. We manage the job start to finish: engineered, built, delivered and installed by one company. We are a Certified Women-Owned Business Enterprise, which helps our clients hit supplier-diversity targets on public work. Our Aquarium build took Honorable Mention at the 2025 MBI Awards of Distinction. And we have been family owned since 1976.

Staten Island Yacht Sales came to Cassone for a building that could host clients and hold its own next to the inventory, right at the marina. It is a 12′ × 60′ Signature Sales Office: clean exterior lines, large windows, and a finished interior tailored to sales, dry-stack stone skirt, shake siding, twin stairs under a standing-seam porch roof, and inside, custom fixtures, custom flooring and custom wall paneling across an inviting lobby, meeting rooms and sales offices.

Built off site and set on the waterfront, fast, with minimal disruption to a working marina. The mounted marlin and the ship's wheel are theirs. The building is ours.

Nothing about it says temporary. That was the point.

This is a modular building.

Rows of desks down one wall, task chairs, a copier, private offices with windows and blinds, marked exits, and a beam down the center of the ceiling where two sections were joined. It arrived on trucks and it went together on site.

That is what modular means at this size, not something parked in the corner of the yard, but a building you put people in. And the covered walkway runs building to building, so nobody crosses the site in the rain.
