Custom concession stands, built from containers, for an event venue under the Kosciuszko Bridge.

More than twenty units, matte black throughout, each one placed between the concrete columns. Roll-up serving windows, lockable storage, FRP walls, epoxy floors and counter-height power in every unit. The centrepiece is a full 40-foot container converted end to end into a bar.

Supporting recovery efforts, twelve years later. Ten 8'×40' containers joined into one building — Type IIB, non-combustible — running two completely separate systems: freshwater on one side, saltwater on the other.

Filtration, aeration, holding. And the tanks the animals live in while their exhibits are rebuilt.

They said the lot was too small for a building. So Cassone went up.

A canine unit in New York City, boxed in on all four sides. A facility that runs 24 hours a day and could not stop running.

So the building went vertical. Two stories, custom designed. 14 kennels plus a two-kennel isolation room. Dog wash and dry station. Locker rooms, baths, showers. Offices and a full conference room. Kitchen, laundry, food and supply storage.
