Anyone have any production milling needs?
I have a nice Robodrill CNC mill with open time.
Milling, 3d contouring, drilling tapping. Also general tool & die work. Full machine shop with multiple CNC mills, wire edm machines, grinders etc.

Also considering contracting a sales rep if anyone has a lead on that.

Working to have a small production run of these rearsets done for Hayabusa by the end of next week. Cost is $320 plus shipping for just rearsets and pegs. Add $90 for rear brake lever Add $90 for a shifter. $30 for upper air shifter mount.

We will be offering two different foot peg lengths 4" and 8" they can be miss matched as show in the photos. The 8" is good for sidewinder applications.

The rear sets can be set in 2 positions ether High or Low. More pictures will be posted this weekend. (the picture of the complete bike is a reference to show how high the foot peg will sit in the high position. PM us if you have any questions or want any custom foot peg lengths or anodizing additional cost will apply.

We have completed a batch of heavy duty shift shafts for 08-16 CBR1000rr's, Solid core High strength "Unobtainium Steel" This is a proprietary material we discovered that works excellent in the metal stamping industry for high impact high fatigue parts that see heavy side loads and still need excellent wear resistance. These shafts have been heat treated then ground for the truest sizing. They are $85 plus freight

We machine these sensor brackets shown on the left in the below pic. we can make them to hold just about any number of sensors. This one holds 5 in a stacked pattern, they can be made stacked or all in a row depending on your needs!

This Axle is for installing a Honda CBR900RR front wheel on your GSXR or Hayabusa.
The axle conversion comes with 3 different wheel spacers for different wheel and bike combinations.
You will need to test fire the wheel to see what spacer is needed to center your wheel in the forks (turning down a space maybe needed if different bearings are used in the wheels).

Selecting Wheels (may vary but this is what we test fit and worked on our test bikes)

08-15 Hayabusa
93-95 and 98-99 wheel with 98-99rotors

05-08 GSXR1000
93-95 and 98-99 wheels with the 93-95 rotors ( stock calipers will need to be cut down as the rotors are not the same size as stock GSXR1000)
We have been told that the 96-97 wheel and rotor works also but we have not tested this so we are not 100% sure on that Combo.
