Sometimes you don’t need a full wrap to completely change the look. 🖤

This Ford Expedition came in with the factory chrome trim running along the windows. Nothing wrong with it — but on an all-black Expedition, we thought it could look a whole lot cleaner. 👀

We wrapped the chrome trim in gloss black, giving it a much more seamless, blacked-out appearance.

It’s a simple change, but check out the before & after. 🔥 The chrome used to break up the side of the vehicle — now everything flows together.

😮‍💨 Sometimes the hardest part of wrapping… is getting the OLD wrap off.

This Camaro came to us with matte black vinyl on the hood and trunk that had been on there WAY past its usable life. The vinyl had become so brittle and deteriorated that simply peeling it off wasn’t an option — it was breaking apart into tiny pieces instead.

So we got to work. 💪

Old material removed
Hood & trunk cleaned and prepped
Fresh matte black installed
Back to looking the way it should

What looks like a simple hood and trunk refresh turned into quite the removal process, but the end result made it worth it. 🔥

This is also a perfect example of why we always tell people: vinyl wrap isn’t permanent. Leaving old, failing vinyl on a vehicle for too long can turn what should be a straightforward removal into a much bigger job.

Now this Camaro is cleaned up and rocking fresh matte black again. 🖤

Just TWO DAYS after finishing up another Dodge Ram with failing clear coat, another one rolls into MeisterWraps with the same problem — faded and peeling clear coat on the hood and roof. 😅

Once again, this wasn’t a simple “clean it and wrap it” job. The failing clear coat had to be sanded down and properly prepped before we could lay any vinyl. Wrap doesn’t magically fix bad paint, and putting vinyl straight over loose clear coat is never the way to go.

After the prep work, we wrapped the hood and roof in Gloss Black, bringing that deep shine back and making the truck look MUCH cleaner. 🖤✨

At this rate, faded Dodge Ram hoods might become our specialty. 😂

🔥 SILVER ➡️ BOTTLE GREEN 🔥

Talk about a completely different car! 😮‍💨

This C6 Corvette came to MeisterWraps rocking the factory silver, but left with a much deeper, more aggressive look in Bottle Green. 💚

The way this color changes depending on the lighting is 👌 — dark and mean in the shadows, but once the sun hits it, that green really comes alive.

From failing clear coat ➡️ fresh new finish 🔥

This one came to us with heavily faded and peeling clear coat, so there was a little more involved than simply laying vinyl over it.

⚠️ Important wrap PSA: Vinyl wrap is NOT a replacement for paint or bodywork. If your clear coat is peeling, flaking, or failing, wrapping directly over it is not best practice. The vinyl is only as good as the surface underneath it — and failing clear coat can cause adhesion problems or even come off with the vinyl later.

For this one, the damaged areas had to be sanded and prepped first to remove the loose/failing clear coat and give the wrap a much better surface to adhere to.

The end result? A HUGE improvement and a completely refreshed look without staring at that peeling clear coat anymore. 😎

🎃 Sometimes the little jobs are the most fun!

We got a call from a customer who was officially DONE fighting with this wrap 😂 She had the material and the idea — she just needed somebody to make it happen.

So she brought it over to MeisterWraps, and we got her knocked out! 🔪🎃

Michael Myers is now lurking on the B-pillars just in time for spooky season. 👀

We don’t know what brand of vinyl this was, but we worked with what she brought us and got it laid down clean. Sometimes you just need the right hands for the job!

⚪️ WHITE ➡️ MIDNIGHT PURPLE 🟣

Talk about a transformation! 😮‍💨

This BMW came to us in its original white and left looking like a completely different car, wrapped in Midnight Purple. The way this color shifts from deep, almost black tones to a rich purple when the sunlight hits it is 🔥.

🖤 FROM WORN OUT TO GLOSS BLACK! 🖤

This Charger came to us wearing what looked like a 10+ year old wrap, and time definitely wasn’t kind to it. 😬 The vinyl was cracked, baked on, and fought us every inch of the way during removal.

After A LOT of patience, scraping, peeling, and prep work, we finally got all that old material off and gave this Charger the fresh start it deserved.

⚠️ And this is a perfect reminder: vinyl isn’t meant to stay on forever!
Once a wrap reaches the end of its lifespan, get it removed or replaced. Leaving old vinyl exposed to the sun for years beyond its intended life can cause it to become brittle, crack, and bake itself onto the vehicle—turning what should be a straightforward removal into a MUCH bigger job.

🔥 THIS C7 GOT THE FULL MEISTERWRAPS TREATMENT. 🔥

This wasn’t just a color change — we completely transformed this Corvette from top to bottom. 🏁

We started by removing 10+ year-old PPF from the front end 😮‍💨 and getting everything prepped for its new look. From there, the C7 received:

💨 Performance cold-air intake
🔴 Brake calipers painted red
✨ Wheels powder coated Chevy Carbon Flash
