He takes the time to listen, understand changing circumstances, and provide thoughtful recommendations based on what will work best for his customers. Most recently, we needed to transition from a sedan to a vehicle that would be easier to enter and exit due to knee issues. Bill carefully walked us through several options, explaining the features and benefits of each model, and helped us determine that the Mercedes-Benz GLB 250 was the best fit.
