This is how race cars get fixed after a total loss 👀
Teams typically bring spare “tubs” with as a “just in case” for if severe crashes happen. If they need to be pulled, they’ll rush to a trailer to grab it and cram it into their paddock space.
Certain items aren’t allowed to be pre-installed on the tub which means crews have to immediately begin compiling parts from trailers, paddocks, and the totaled car.
Because teams share chassis, the tub is usually baselined against both cars so no one gets preferential treatment.
But for this team; the total process was just under four hours and they still did INSANELY well at their latest IMSA Race.

When did we get ok with cyber bullying? (Read this)
The internet is a weird place.
One day you feel like you’re on top of the world trying to chase your dreams and the next you’re reading a message from a stranger saying things you’d never believe would come from another human.
It hurts, especially if you’re just learning how to express yourself.
I’ve dealt with this since I started a car club in 2012 where the only rule was to not be rude. You’d be shocked at how hard that was for people to follow. 😂
And because of that I’ve been called every name in the book. Heard every insult.
Absorbed every gross comment about my ethnicity and marriage. All because of an opinion that cars should be accessible to all.
That gatekeeping wasn’t okay.
And I’ve always tried to not let it slow me down, and it shouldn’t for you either.
I had friends that helped me through those days that felt heavy, but you may be doing it solo, so this video is for you.
In a world where everyone is in a chase to be the loudest, meanest, or most controversial for the hope of attention, don’t let it get to you.
Those people are simply not happy with their life and all they’ll try to do is bring you down.
Your dream is on the other side of their uncomfortability. The other side of their jealousy. The other side of this normalized cyber bullying. So don’t give up. Start posting. Start sharing. Start building. You got this ❤️

THIS is the biggest Miata meet in the world… 👀

Cars have a way of bringing people together and feeling a kind of way you can’t explain and that was in full swing at Miata’s At The Gap (including Gregg getting motion sickness on a drive, rip 💀)

The folks here never made me feel like a stranger; taking me out for night runs and helping me understand the organized chaos that is the GREATEST week for Miata owners.

And getting to celebrate here with Mazda, who’s putting me into grassroots racing with our very own garage-built Spec MX5 that starts THIS WEEK, tells me we’re starting this racing journey the right way 😁

But the real question that I asked (and didn’t get a conclusive answer) is WHICH generation Miata is the best? LMK belowwww
