“Turn it up Thursday”? Yeah I think so 😎

Yesterday my guy Alan Norris hit the rollers at Modern Masters and made some serious gains power!

Alan was already a customer of mine with the SR MSD I worked up for him a couple years ago. Fast forward to 2026 and he was ready for more ponies. He and Josh Faith drove down to Texas and we were able to meet up to discuss setups and form a game plan; while dropping off parts. During the discussion he mentioned my good friend Robert Williams at Vendetta Speed doing the tuner. Immediately I was ready to rock n roll and knew the setup would swing hard!

We decided to run my CNC port through the unported TFS heads along with upgrading to titanium valves, swap the BTR4v2 out for my Excalibur camshaft, and replace my SR MSD with a ported & port matched Hi Ram intake manifold (which he had powder coated in a cool purple)

He got everything installed and had Vendetta Speed get him dialed in on the street via remote tuning over the last couple weeks, making the dyno day a breeze.

Enough talk.. let’s drop some numbers

Old Setup: 564whp/487wtq
-Unported TFS 260x LS7 Heads w/stainless valves
-BTR4v2 camshaft
-IronMask Short Runner MSD intake manifold

New Setup: 659whp/563wtq
-IronMask CNC ported TFS GenX LS7 w/ Ti valves
-IronMask Excalibur camshaft
-IronMask ported & port matched Hi Ram intake manifold

That’s a gain of 95whp/76wtq 😳 and just look at the area from 5500-7k rpm.. such a huge gain there!

Kooks 2” longtube headers to Corsa extreme, 103mm throttle body, and E85 remained the same for both setups.

Alan I truly appreciate you letting me be a part of this project and I can’t wait until you get some draggy data soon as well as some runs against others in your area 😈. Next year let’s open up the Hi Ram and put a 112mm TB on for some more power 😎

Robert Vendetta Speed it was awesome to be a part of yet another badass NA LS7 project with you brother. It’s proven at this point.. any combo we are both a part of just flat out hauls ass. So thanks for extracting all the power and keeping these monsters healthy. On to the next one my friend 🍻

Punchy LS7 combo headed home to my guy Hubert Bélanger up in Canada 💪

Went with a set of my CNC ported stock castings and a ported, port matched, and short runner modded MSD intake manifold.

Heads are outfitted with CHE Precision Inc. bronze valve guides, Del West Ti intake valves, Ferrea exhaust valves and a BTR spring kit.

Sweet little LS swapped 3rd gen Firebird was put together by the guys at EFI ALCHEMY and tuned by Owen . This bad dude is sporting my ported 243 heads and ported/port matched FAST 102 intake manifold.

Made 442whp/415wtq 🙌. Mild cam, single 3.5” exhaust, T56 & Dana 60.

After a long road, my customer Dan Marks got his car on the rollers for some testing with his voodoo swapped fox body.

Laid down 574whp/464wtq 💪 and was making 500+ from 3500-9k rpm 😮‍💨

My part of the project was the modified & ported Cobra Jet intake manifold and the ported Voodoo cylinder heads. Super happy to have been a part of the project.

Dan is wanting to hit that 600whp mark so he is making a few changes. He will be swapping the stock camshafts for a custom spec, as well as exhaust and throttle body changes. I feel EXTREMELY confident he will hit his target the next time it is on the rollers.

As it sits he is having a blast! 574whp in a 2800 lb car is a fun time for sure.

** little side note: thanks to Enginewiz for taking care of the seats for me on the heads. It was something I wasn’t equipped to do at the moment and he helped a brotha out. So kudos 🍻**
