For years, there were times when it felt like the car would never run right, never hook, or it was always something. I questioned whether all the time and money would ever be worth it.But we never gave up and I definitely didn’t do it alone.Through every issue we ran into, my friends and family were there. The ones who spent their weekends wrenching beside me, who gave advice, and encouragement when I was ready to just be done. The ones who came to the strip just to watch one pass, to try and figure out what was wrong, even if it didn’t go as planned.And finally it all came together.This is the first 1/8 mile pass, with the new net up and shock adjustments it was clean and strong, this was more than just a time slip. It was the result of years of hard work, late nights, busted knuckles.I didn’t build this car alone. We built it. And together, we definitely got ourselves a LOW 9 second street car boys!

Tomorrow we head to Numidia Dragway for jensen night as long as the rain holds off to see if we can get this car to finally hook and put down some real good numbers. We installed some new suspension parts this winter.
