PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES

Tire Rotation & Brake Inspections
Transmission Fluid Exchange
Differential Fluid Exchange
Power Steering Fluid
Engine Coolant Exchange; Other services as assigned
Perform automotive repair & services:
Brake repair & replacement
Suspension & Steering Repair & Replacement, and Alignment
Engine Diagnostics, Tune-ups and parts replacements as needed
TransmissionDiagnostics, Repair and Replacement
Air Conditioning Diagnostics, Repair and Replacement
Engine Repair and Replacement
Indirect Leadership:
Perform Quality Checks on Technicians 1 & 2
Master company knowledge, products, services delivery model
Evaluate customers’ needs, make repair recommendations with the highest level of integrity
Maintain a clean and safe workplace
Any other duties as necessary

KEY COMPETENCIES

Must have organized approach to workload with proper follow through
Effectively communicate in English with team members, management, and customers in both verbal and written format
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety manuals and procedure manuals
Willingness to accept, train, and pursue personal and professional development
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
Able to produce work flows at an 85% efficiency or better
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Minimum (3) ASE Certification; (5) Preferred, A1 and A8 required
Minimum (3) years of automotive repair experience required
Minimum State SMOG Test Only Certified
Current State Driver’s License & Clean Driving Record required
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to spend prolonged periods of time standing, or walking
Ability to work in enclosed environments exposed to excessive noise, automotive shop environment, and cold or heat for up to 8 hours per day
Must be able to lift at least 50lbs
Perform work with OSHA required PPE; Including COVID19 PPE
